Specifications on this site

Sizes, thicknesses, capacities and finishes published here describe what we have fabricated and what we routinely work in. They are indicative, not a warranty for your particular job. The specification that governs your order is the one written in our quotation and your purchase order, and nothing on this website overrides it.

Quotations

A quotation is valid for 30 days unless it states otherwise, and is issued against the drawing and information you supplied. If the drawing changes, the quotation changes. Prices exclude GST unless the quotation says otherwise.

Certification

We do not hold ISO 9001 certification and we do not hold a pressure vessel code stamp. Vessels are fabricated to customer drawing and specification. Any requirement for certified construction or third-party inspection must be raised at enquiry stage and confirmed by us in writing before an order is placed.

Photographs

Every photograph on this site is of work fabricated by Lalit Industries. They remain our copyright. Please do not reproduce them commercially without asking us first.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Nashik, Maharashtra have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
