Quality
How work gets checked before it leaves
We do not hold a third-party quality certification, and we will not imply one. What we do have is a written check sequence that every job goes through, recorded against the job number.
Inspection sequence
-
01
Material verification
Grade and thickness are checked against the drawing on receipt. SS is verified as 304 or 316 before it is cut, because a mix-up is unrecoverable once welded.
-
02
Dimensional check against drawing
Fit-up is measured before final welding, and the finished assembly is measured again. Both against your drawing, not against the first piece we made.
-
03
Weld visual inspection
Every weld is inspected for undercut, porosity, spatter and continuity. Structural welds are checked at fit-up and after completion.
-
04
Leak or hydro test
Applied to every tank, vessel and transformer tank. Nothing that is meant to hold liquid leaves without being filled and checked.
-
05
Finish inspection
Coating thickness and coverage, or surface finish and passivation on stainless. Checked in daylight, not under shop lighting.
-
06
Dispatch checklist
Quantity, loose items, fixings, documentation and protective packing confirmed against the order before loading.
What we do not claim
We are not an ISO 9001 certified company, and our pressure vessels are not built under an ASME or IS 2825 code stamp. Vessels are fabricated to customer drawing and specification. If your project requires certified construction or third-party inspection, tell us at enquiry stage and we will confirm in writing what we can and cannot cover on that scope — a claim discovered to be false at audit stage costs you the project and us the relationship.
Send us your drawing.
Send a PDF, DWG, DXF or a clear photograph with dimensions. You will have a quotation within 48 hours, and one point of contact from drawing to delivery.
