Fabrication and welding job work

Three welding processes, cutting, turning, drilling and finishing — all in-house at MIDC Ambad. Each page below states what the process is, what we run it on, and the capacity you can plan against.

Processes and job work

MS Fabrication

Mild steel fabrication job work — 3 to 12 mm plate and rolled sections, cut, formed, welded, painted and delivered.

Arc (SMAW) and CO₂ (MIG/MAG) welding

SS Fabrication

SS 304/316 fabrication — TIG welded, pickled and passivated, finished matt or mirror for process and food equipment.

TIG (argon) welding

CO₂ / MIG Welding

CO₂ / MIG welding job work for sheet metal assemblies, trolleys, stillages and batch production in MS.

MIG / MAG (GMAW), CO₂ shielded

TIG / Argon Welding

TIG argon welding for SS 304/316, thin gauge sheet and hygienic food-contact welds.

TIG (GTAW), argon shielded

Arc Welding

Arc welding (SMAW) for structural steel and heavy plate, at the works and on site.

SMAW (manual metal arc)

Lathe Turning & Machining

Centre lathe turning — shafts, bushes, agitator shafts, spacers and machined components in MS and SS.

Turning (centre lathe)

Drilling & Grinding

Bench drilling, tapping, weld dressing, edge preparation and surface finishing.

Drilling, tapping, grinding, finishing

Turnkey Fabrication Projects

One contract from drawing review through fabrication, erection, sheeting and finishing — the whole unit, not just the steel.

Design review · fabrication · erection · finishing
