What the job involved
Stainless steel process vessels in SS 304 — lidded storage tanks, open-top process tanks with rolled top edges, and the agitator shafts and blades that go inside them, turned on our own lathe and TIG welded up. Material grade was stamped on the shell so it stays identifiable after installation, and welds were pickled and passivated.
