Special purpose material handling trolleys

Thirty trolleys to one drawing for Fortuna Engineering. Batch work like this is decided by the first unit: the prototype was checked at the customer's line for bin fit, handle height and aisle clearance, then the remaining twenty-nine were built from fixtures so every trolley loads and stacks identically. Castors were selected for the floor and the loaded weight, and the frames were painted after weld dressing.
